Musical Cycle!
You don't have to be a member to join in our Studio fun!
Fitforall Studio has started to offer special themed classes on top of our timetable. We have just cycled our way through a "Musicals" class. The next theme is ABBA. This class is on the 22nd of August @ 6pm for one hour. Everyone will be wearing make-up, a wig, or a jumpsuit! Please contact 01273 415515 to buy a bike for £5. Obviously, first come first serve as we have limited bikes. Come and laugh your way through some exercise.
