A blend of Yoga, Pilates, Stretching and Relaxation! Paul structures the class in a gentle yet firm flow. This is perfect for stretching the whole body along with strengthening the core area. Stretching can be a great stress relief and often relieves lower back ache. Improve your flexibilty and posture with this great class.

What should I bring?

Water. We have Yoga mats. Please wear comfortable clothing, trainers not necessary.
