A great way to de-stress and work up a healthy sweat. Part circuit based, part usage of gloves & pads.

The first half is based on circuit training, you move from station to station completing different exercises. The second half, let your frustrations out by learning how to attack and defend using pads, gloves and bags. This class is a non contact workout.
What should I bring?
Water. A towel.
