Fun for the over 50's

Anne & I have been going to the gym for just over 2 years now...

We are both not overly keen on using the equipment so we started with a yoga class, then joined the Fit Ball Class that ran twice a week.

Our instructor definitely makes exercising fun!

The Fit Ball Classes have ended now and we have progressed to Beginners Spin on Monday's where she is easing us into it gently

She always encourages us to do what we feel comfortable with and never pushes us beyond our limit.

The Wednesday Class, How to Stretch, is a very gentle, relaxing and fun class that teaches us how to make our muscles and body more flexible, without too much pain !

This is very important to us as we are both mid 50's and feel that every week we exercise we are improving our future well-being.
