Our Yoga teachers structure classes so that all levels are able to drop in. Perfect to finish off a workout or simply to unwind at the end of your day. Yoga can help ease general aches and pains. The lovely Ady takes the Tuesday 6:30pm and Thursday 7:30pm classes. The Tuesday 8:15pm and Friday 6:15pm is run seperately by Naomi Clarke. What should I bring?

Water. We have Yoga mats. Please wear comfortable clothing. If you are attending a HOT Yoga session, please wear shorts/vest.
