Our Yoga teacher structure classes so that all levels are able to drop in. Perfect to finish off a workout or simply to unwind at the end of your day. Yoga can help ease general aches and pains. The lovely Ady takes the Tuesday 7pm and Friday 6:30pm classes.

What should I bring?

Water. We have Yoga mats. Please wear comfortable clothing.
