This class was designed by us to attract new mums back to exercise. Your instructor changes the class on a weekly basis to focus on the bits that mums want to work on. The session ties in with our creche times and has become quite a social gathering. This is perfect for those of you feeling a little nervous about coming back to or starting exercise and knowing what you should and should not be doing.

What should I bring?

Water. A towel.
